Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and CricBun when you access or use our websites, applications, APIs or account services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by CricBun's failure to secure the service.

You must meet the minimum digital-consent age where you live. Some fantasy or paid features may have higher age or location requirements.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attack, scrape at abusive volume, bypass rate limits or interfere with service operation.
• Use CricBun to harass, threaten, deceive or publish unlawful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, admin tools, providers or data.
• Republish substantial score feeds, commentary or editorial work without permission.
• Manipulate fantasy contests, votes, reactions or community systems.

4. Comments and other user content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CricBun a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate and distribute it as needed to operate the service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for backups, legal retention and anonymized discussion context.

We may remove content or restrict accounts under community rules. We aim to provide notice and appeal options where appropriate.

5. Scores, statistics and predictions

Live data may come from official APIs, third-party providers, scrapers or local editorial entry. CricBun works to correct errors quickly but does not guarantee that every score, statistic, ranking or schedule is complete or uninterrupted.

6. Fantasy cricket

Fantasy eligibility, scoring, prizes and entry rules appear with each contest. Users must comply with local law. CricBun may correct scoring errors, investigate collusion and disqualify entries that manipulate outcomes or violate contest rules.

7. Intellectual property

CricBun software, branding, design, original reporting, commentary and visualizations are protected by intellectual-property law. Team names, competition marks and third-party media belong to their respective owners.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using CricBun or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, security risk, fraud, legal requirement or sustained abuse. Where safe and practical, we provide notice and a route to appeal.

9. Disclaimers and liability

CricBun is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you in the previous 12 months or US$100.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms as products or laws change. Material updates will be announced before taking effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Applicable law and dispute venue depend on the CricBun entity serving your region and mandatory consumer protections.
